Voltage Revolution is a community for young Black people building careers in the UK's creative and tech sectors. Through mentorship, resources and training, we help our community reach their goals, supporting the next generation of leaders and makers.

We give young Black people in the UK access to the people they need to know and the knowledge they need to have to get where they want to go.
We believe that young people have everything it takes to make a massive impact on the world and shift it into a much brighter future. We believe that young people deserve every opportunity available to make the most of the future that is coming their way.
However, we know that in this day and age, getting access to opportunities is a really difficult thing to do. Usually, it's all about who you know and who your parents know. That isn't right or fair. Voltage Revolution is here to change that.

Black Then, Black Now Podcast
A podcast produced by four young Black Londoners aged 18 to 24, with the support of the Voltage Revolution. Each episode is a conversation between one young person and an elder, providing an inter-generational take on topics such as identity, music, education, and love.
