This role will sit in our Learning and Programmes team which is responsible for all the training and support, service design and development, and grant making and social investment work that DiNN does. In this dynamic position, you will work closely with our Deputy Head of Learning and Programmes to deliver impactful programmes to our community. Specifically, you will be responsible for the implementation of our impact strategy as detailed in our Theory of Change. You will actively ensure the quality of all our learning and capacity building programmes, championing the empowerment of our service users within our systems. You will develop new models and practices of working based on the learnings we are receiving from our monitoring, evaluation and research activities. You will take an innovative approach to delivering impact consistently seeking opportunities to be cost-effective while delivering great impact through our activities.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure programme objectives align with the overall vision of the organisation
Lead the delivery of our impactful programmes inline with our theory of change and the expectations of our funders
Champion the development and management of round tables and committees to ensure that we are consistently fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders
Support the Deputy Head of Learning and Programmes to manage a service user committee that is at the centre of all decision-making about how our programmes practically operate to meet our impact objectives
Ensure all aspects of the programmes are captured in keeping with best practice on monitoring and evaluation, sharing learning with colleagues consistently
Ensure an impactful, holistic learning experience for our participants
Analyse data and feedback to monitor progress towards progression targets, planning and implementing remedial actions where necessary
Drive the impact of our programmes in our focus areas, primarily England with particular attention to London
Organise and manage key activities for our service users that promote authentic networking, deeper connection to the wider ecosystem, opportunities to tap into new customer bases and champion their personal wellbeing
Facilitate an environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and entrepreneurial growth.
Act as the primary point of contact for all collaborators, and partners, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and meaningful engagement in our work
Act as a spokesperson for our work to ensure communities that are suited to our work are well aware of our services and opportunities
Approve and hold responsibility for the quality of materials for our programmes (digital, textile and print)
Contribute to communications and digital/media activities or campaigns relating to our programmes or service users (e.g. podcast)
Work with the Senior Programmes Manager to develop key processes and practices to ensure the smooth running of the programme by applying project management best practice to the delivery of the work
Work collaboratively to identify and develop new opportunities, and help to shape and grow our work
Work with senior leaders, aligning on project goals, and reporting back on progress on the agreed project, insights, and future plans
Provide updates to senior leaders on progress through spreadsheets and headline reports on opportunities and challenges
To carry out any other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by your line manager
We are specifically looking for the following:
Essential - demonstrable work experience as events manager
Essential - demonstrable work experience as a trainer or facilitator
Essential - strong project management skills
Desirable - experience with Airtable and Monday.com
Essential - experience of building strong partnerships with varied stakeholders
Essential - experience delivering coaching interventions
Essential - experience of delivering marketing campaigns

Benefits
Annual leave – significantly above legal minimum with 28 days annual leave + bank holidays (contractual.)
Pensions - All eligible employees will be enrolled in the DiNN pension scheme except for those who have contracts of three months or less. DiNN contributes an amount equivalent to 3% of the basic annual salary. (contractual.)
