Our vision

We're creating a world in which every Black person has the skills, tools and resources they need to lead, influence and create the future for themselves and their community.

Our mission

We empower our community to access the skills, tools and resources they need to achieve their self-determined personal and professional goals.

Why work with us?

Do it Now Now (DiNN) is a social enterprise that believes every Black person should have the skills, tools and resources they need to lead, influence and create the future for themselves and their community.

We work to empower Black individuals, Black-led organisations, and Black community leaders to change systems, access opportunities, and support each other as we co-produce interventions that address social challenges.

We are a small core team that works to deliver training and resources to a passionate community of Black leaders and entrepreneurs. We are a fully remote company, with approximately four community days every year that are in person. This means we rely a lot on systems and clear communication both for our team and for the community we serve.

All of our internal operations have our broader community at its heart, ensuring that everything we build, from a programme to a report, to advocating for equity, we centre their lived-experiences.

Safeguarding: We are focused on ensuring our beneficiaries throughout all our programmes are well supported and that safeguarding measures are put in place throughout all we do. Safer recruitment is a part of our overarching safeguarding policy. All volunteers, freelancers and staff are required to engage in safeguarding training before they start their work with us. Our processes are clearly set out and we make it everybody’s business to report issues as they see them.
